We thank you for choosing Agriturismo Dai Gobbi and look forward to being your host for the duration of your stay.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with some rules/regulations that will make everyone’s time together more enjoyable.

Apartments and Rooms Regulation 

 

Arrival and Departure time

Unless arranged with a member of our staff in advance, arrival time is 2:00 P.M. and departure time is 10:00 A.M. Please let the staff know what time to expect your arrival and notify them if there is going to be a delay.

Upon arrival, all guests are requested to provide identification to facilitate registration. Your identification material will all be handled in compliance with current privacy legislation.

Your accommodations will be neat and clean providing bed and bath linen. The apartments come with a tablecloth and napkins, as well.

Guests will be issued keys to the main entrance and rooms and are asked to take good care of them.

Should a key not be returned, a 200 Euro charge will occur for having to change the lock.

Booking and Deposit

Booking can be done by either phone or Email.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 30% deposit payable by bank transfer at Banca San Giorgio e Valle Agno to Gobbo, Caterina IBAN: IT36F088 0788 3700 0600 8008 283

SWIFT: CCRTIT2TC11 indication “Deposit for booking from _____ to _____ for (Your Name).

The balance is due on the day you depart. We also ask that you report any damage that may have occurred at this time.

In the event of cancellation, you will receive: a 100% refund if the staff is notified, at least, three (3) months in advance, a 50% refund if the staff is notified between two (2) and three (3) months in advance, and, a 30% refund if the staff is notified, at least one (1) month in advance.

Minimum age for booking is 18 years old.

 


Visitors

Should a friend or member of your family decide to visit with you during daylight hours, please make it a point to introduce him/her to management.

Outside of daylight hours, only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

 



Breackfast​

Breakfast is served in our common room from 7:30 to 9:00 A.M. Should this not be convenient for you, please make arrangements with a member of our staff since there is no eating in your room or the common room outside of these hours.

 

 


Behavioral Norms

Our guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner conducive to all guests having a peaceful and tranquil stay with us.

It is, therefore, necessary that we a limit all noise, regardless of its cause, while in the vicinity of this Agriturismo.

Please respect the hours repose and relaxation from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 to 4:00 P.M

Furthermore, guests must be mindful that staying on an operating farm comes with some risk due to structures and the equipment used to work this farm. Be mindful that these risks exist and avoid activities that increase the chance of an accident occurring. We ask that children and pets be supervised by an adult responsible and accountable for their safety and any damage they cause.

We ask that no foreign materials be put in the toilets and that you use the bin provided.

This is a non-smoking facility where SMOKINS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

 


Apartments

Due to the danger of fires, there shall be no burning candles or open flames in these rooms.

We have tried to provide you with everything we thought you might need for your stay. However, should you find yourself in need of something more, simply ask and we will try meet that need.

Linens are provided clean at the beginning of your stay and will be changed weekly (bed sheets, set of towels, 2 tablecloths and 2 dish/tea towels).

While cleaning is left to you, we can do it for 60 Euros/week or 10 Euros/day.

In your kitchen, you will find:

- dinner and soup plates for 6,

- forks, knives, soup and tea spoons for 6,

- one big knife,

- six glasses,

- six coffee cups,

- four cups,

- three pots and two lids,

- one pasta pot with lid,

- one salad bowel,

- sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper,

- two dish towels (tea towels),

- one waxed tablecloth,

- one cotton tablecloth,

- paper towels.

Please check the contents of your kitchen against this list, before leaving, to avoid additional charges. Also, check the entire apartment for personal belongings in that the Agriturismo assumes no liability for these items.

Animals

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with management. We have designed an apartment with a separate entrance for guests with pets. Pets are not allowed in any other areas of the Agriturismo.
